Pilotage procedure
- Preliminary information upon arrival:
Vessel’s agent or vessel provides the Pilot Order Centre 24 and 6 hours advance notice of the vessel’s arrival at the pilot boarding position. - Preliminary information upon departure:
Vessel’s agent or vessel provides the Pilot Order Centre 24 and 6 hours advance notice of the vessel’s departure from the Bay of Kotor. - Order for pilotage is given in four copies, out of which one is returned to the Master, one to the ship agent, one to the company providing pilotage services and one will be kept by the pilot.
- Ship Master is obliged to sign certificate on performed pilotage services and stamp it with ship’s stamp.
